Reason for Visit: Traveling
Review: If you are a female DO NOT ride with them. Once they get your number their emoloyees will harass you. The employees are creepy and keep messgaing and calling requesting for your "friendship". The emoloyees of the Islamabad and the Abbatabad Motorway Express have bothered me alot. I know because as soon as I use their services I begin to get 50 calls a day or the creepy messages begin. I have used motorway two times and both times they have began to harass me.

Reason for Visit: Not picking the call
Review: Recently while booking for a ride Islamabad motorway branch wasn't responding to my calls they were constantly ignoring it and were constantly rejecting the call

There is an excellent metro CAB service that goes from Islamabad International Airport to anywhere you want including Peshawar. It is not expensive either.

Booking system also needs improvements. Need of more politeness by front desk personnel . Proper guidance is required. Needs more coaches especially on Eid,weekends from Peshawar , Rwp- Islamabad

Shuttle Service from Rawalpindi Terminal to Golra Mor is in a pathetic condition . You may study by rerouting Your coaches from Islamabad to Rawalpindi . If this is done ,automatically shuttle service will vanished. It is also not advisable to stop and change over from shuttle to coach on main road. Regards

Service of Motorway express as conceived is getting low day by day. There is a need to relook and improve and remove bottleneck
