Subject: COMPLAINT REGARDING SR. CITIZEN MANHANDLED BY DRIVER SULEMAN & CONDUCTOR MUMDAY OF COACH REGN. NO. Z-5650 PLAYING FROM MARDAN TO LAHORE AT “ANBAR INTERCHANGE†ON 6TH OCTOBER, 2020. ONLINE COMPLAINT YIELDS NO RESULT TILL DATE.

Respectfully, it is submitted that my brother Ghani Ur Rehman S/o Sais Aslam, Sr. Citizen, sold out Coach Regn. No. Z-5650 on 1st March, 2019 to Mr. Abid Ali S/o Anwar having CNIC NO. 17201-2580484-9, resident of Rashakai Nowshera.
2.That the sale amount / Cost of Coach were agreed for Rs. 32 Lac and down payment was agreed for Rs. 18,24,200/= including payment of debt for Rs. 4,63,000/= to another fellow and the rest of Rs.13,75,800/= were payable in 07 months to the seller. But Abid Ali failed to adhere to the agreement in letter & spirit and showed lame excuses on each time of demand.
3. That on 6th October, 2020, I was seated inside the Coach for collection of balance amounts to get from to & fro trips of fare playing between Mardan to Lahore and back. The Driver & Conductor were instructed probably by Abid Ali near “Anbar Interchange†to manhandle & step down me, disrespecting my age, Rules, Law & Humanity as I am also a Sr. Citizen with old age.
4. Immediately after the incident and on the same date, I lodged online complaint with Motorway Police on its given portal along copy of the file attached but no action has since been witnessed till date.
That It is humbly prayed in the light of above facts that the said Coach may please be taken into custody by the time the full payment according to the sale agreement is realized/paid by Abid Ali, apart from the putting them to task for their crucial behavior, manhandling & breach of contract; copy of relevant proof of sale & th
