Reason for Visit: Complaint against the SHO baht Zada Khan police station shahbaz Garhi mardan
Review: Respected sir; The complainant is as under; 1.That on 12-07-2021 at 1100 am complainant along with his father namely Muhammad Khan were going to home situated near police station shahbaz Garhi at mela khas shahbaz Garhi mardan,  meanwhile Muhammad shafiq armed with pistol appeared restrained the complainant from proceeding on the way and threatend  the  complainant by aiming pistol,  and of dire consequence and of murdering both the complainant and his father in case water pipes were not removed from the water course / drain. 2. That thereafter the complainant along with his father approached the police station for lodging FIR,  but SHO concerned in connivance with Muhammad shafiq  arrested the complainant and his father put them behind the bar and thereafter lodged a false and baseless FIR against the complainant and his father,  due to which the complainant and his  father remained in mardan District Jail for 14 days.  3. That the conduct of the SHO is totally Malafide against the complainant and the SHO named above is in connivance with Muhammad shafiq. 4. That wrong section of law were inserted in the FIR and both the complainant  and  his father were roped falsely and Malafidly  5. That SHO was 1st mohharrir in police station shahbaz Garhi,  later on become additional SHO in the said police station and is now SHO police station shahbaz Garhi due to which reasons the SHO has strong connection/relations/bond with the people of locality and on the basis of which SHO concerned exceedingly his powers and unlawfully exercising such power against innocent citizens   It is therefore requested that SHO concerned may kindly be proceeded against,  departmental inquiry be conducted and strict legal action may also be taken against SHO concerned.  Muhammad sajid s/o Muhammad Khan                              Near gull dasht police station Choak v/p office shahbaz Garhi teh
