Reason for Visit: Review: Mr.Abd ur Rehman NIDC No:17301-7894634-1 while driving rackessly near Army Stadium hit my car that was static and waiting for its turn to the right.The accident was sever and demaged my car badly.He gave me his id card later to pay me for the demages. Please do not issue him a new card. Today he came for his card but refused to pay me.The card is still with me. He said he would easily get a new card by declaring the old card as lost (Police FIR for loss). Please inform all your centres that it would be a false report. I will return him the ID Card and his expired driving licence if he pays me the demages. I will be obliged for the favour.My NIDC NO:is 17301-9417623-5
