Reason for Visit: They wont pick up the phone to register complaint
Review: They do not pick up the phone. How can you submit complaint? Travel there in person?
Finally after they arrived, they say "you need to change the cable". But the cable is fine. I asked them to just use the old cable and picture was fine (which went bad just few afters after they left). Their customer service is pretty bad, almost not existent.

Cable disconnected since last night complaint after complaint = BIG ZERO, what a shameful services, paying 350/month to them for nothing. Want to left cable world hayatabad permanently and looking for alternative.

those days are gone when cable world used to be the best cable provider in Peshawar.your service has become a piece of shit due to your management and workers they are least bothered to even answer a bloody call.every 2nd day we face the same bloody problem for no fukin good reason.close it asshole if you can’t improve your service bitch.lakh de lanath on your face and on your services.

They charge 200 PKR just wanna say you can charge a little more but at least provide HD quality none of the channels are HD there are not much channels just some shitty channels. But still provide HD with what you have.
