Reason for Visit: They wont pick up the phone to register complaint
Review: They do not pick up the phone. How can you submit complaint? Travel there in person?

Finally after they arrived, they say "you need to change the cable". But the cable is fine. I asked them to just use the old cable and picture was fine (which went bad just few afters after they left). Their customer service is pretty bad, almost not existent.
